Micro-porous silica spheres in the silica sol encapsulate non-stick functional actives, stabilizing them within a robust inorganic matrix.
These encapsulated spheres are evenly distributed across all coating layers.
As the surface wears, functional actives are exposed and activated, sustaining consistent non-stick performance.
This engineered architecture creates a performance-sustaining non-stick system, delivering durability far beyond conventional ceramic coatings.
